Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes – if your shop does not offer free returns, the cost is paid by you as the customer. The calculator will show you the exact price before you confirm.

What if my parcel is oversized?

The standard size limit is length + width + height ≤ 150 cm. If your parcel is larger, an additional €6 fee applies.

What does the return price include?

The price covers your return label or QR code and full parcel tracking.

Are there any extra charges?

No – the price shown in the calculator is final. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or BLIK (for customers in Poland).

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes – an invoice is issued automatically in English, German or French, depending on your choice.
