For example:
- Are all buttons or zippers intact?
- Is the product clean (no stains, marks)?
- Is the original tag or label attached?
- Is the packaging present and undamaged?
- Are all components included (e.g. belt, charger)?
We scan the product (EAN)
We perform the checks and take photos if needed.
You decide what happens next
If the return is OK – we send it to your warehouse
If the return is not OK – (e.g. damaged, incomplete) or if you've set other rules (e.g. withdrawn stock) – we send it to donation
You donate to a non-profit
If donated, the item is reused and turned into a financial donation for a nonprofit of your choice.

- Total kg of usable items
- Donation value generated (e.g. 1 kg = 0.50 PLN)
- Name of the supported organization
- Confirmation per item (for new or unsold inventory)
- Public or private landing page with campaign progress

No. You decide which products should be sent back to your warehouse, recycled, or donated. The decision is made item by item.
We partner with Ubrania do Oddania, who provide full transparency for every donation. You’ll receive a monthly or quarterly report with the exact weight and value of the items donated.
You can set your own quality verification rules. If the item doesn’t meet your criteria, we can redirect it for donation instead of sending it back to your warehouse.
Each kilogram of donated items has an assigned financial value (e.g. 1 kg = €0.50), which is then transferred to the organisation of your choice.
Yes. You have complete freedom of choice.

Products that are completely unsuitable for reuse can be disposed of responsibly through our service.
