From an early age I knew my future would be connected with logistics. Over time, I also developed a passion for travelling, and with it came the desire to remove barriers in e-commerce. While expanding Global24 in the field of shipping and returns, I noticed that one of the greatest challenges lies in returns themselves and that became the impulse to create Shopreturns.

My journey in e-commerce began only a few years ago, but I quickly realised how big a challenge international returns are for online shops.
