Everything you need to manage international returns with ease!
Costs
If your shop does not offer free returns and you need to organise it yourself, Shopreturns makes international returns easy. The cost of the return is always paid by you as the customer.
The standard size limit is length + width + height ≤ 150 cm. If your parcel is larger, you will pay an additional €6.
You can pay with the most popular methods – card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK (in Poland).
No – the price you see in the return calculator is the final cost.
Yes – an invoice is issued automatically in English, German or French, depending on your choice when placing the order.

Yes – in many countries you can choose the option of a courier collecting your parcel directly from your home or office.
Usually 5 to 10 working days, depending on the country and courier.
Tracking

Shopreturns provides a guarantee – if your parcel doesn’t arrive, we will refund you the cost of the return.
Yes – you will be notified as soon as your return is scanned in the warehouse.
Refunds
The shop will issue a refund once they have received and accepted your return. This usually takes from a few days up to two weeks.
The final decision is always made by the shop. Shopreturns manages the logistics and provides full documentation.
That depends on the shop’s policy – some allow exchanges, others only refunds. Shopreturns handles the logistics, not the decision.
Rights
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The shop must accept the return and issue a refund.
Yes – EU law covers cross-border shopping. Shopreturns makes it easier thanks to local return addresses.
Eco
The shop decides what happens with these returns. They may be sent for recycling, disposal, or reintroduced into circulation – for example, resold with proceeds going to a charity chosen by the shop.
By providing local return addresses we reduce the need to send parcels across Europe, cutting the carbon footprint. We also give shops the option to handle returns responsibly – through recycling, donations, or giving products a second life.
